Pros-Beautiful house, great location. Awesome backyard. Cons- dirty patio dirty pool, one dish towel in the kitchen. Very poor communication. We were told the pool would be cleaned but it was not. We attempted to skim the pool ourselves but it had a big hole. We bought a new one and did ourr best to clean the pool ourselves. We also had to sweep and hose off the back patio. The owner never offered to reimburse us for the new skimmer we purchased or apologized for the messy backyard.

Christmas vacation

The house is great and good location.bad part was they did an insurance claim on us for 750 bucks! Really 450 dollars for a new set of sheet for one bed that supposedly had poop on them? As well as a 200 for a cleaning bill? I know for a fact I didn’t poop on my pillows cause I brought my own. I have bought Amazon sheet softer than the ones I slept in. From the photos they sent looked like fresh poop to us. And of course we reach out to the insurance place to question this we called and emailed with no response, the home owner was to respond where the cleaner found this which never happened wouldn’t answer my phone call to discuss either. Also we found a moldy 1 lbs gummy in the kitchen, along with two petrified apples under the bed, as well as dog poop in the backyard which we cleaned up because we sure weren’t being charged 25 bucks a pile and our dog being blamed. Good thing since we had to buy new sheets! Merry Christmas to them!

Lots of added fees. $30 for propane if you want to use the BBQ. Pool is a joke, lined with rubber to avoid putting plaster down. Over priced for a house in Havasu! Not coming back!

As advertised.

This is a super clean property in a quiet neighborhood. There is a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The master bed was comfortable, and the master shower was huge! The outdoor space was incredible, I only wish that we would have been there when we could have gotten in the pool. We would love to stay again, and maybe even let our kids come.

Great for family or group of friends

House is very nice and comfortable. Coffee station was great. Would love to come back when warmer to enjoy back yard and pool. Listing stated no propane provided for grill which was concerning but there were tanks there. Host was great with communication.

amazing!

absolutely amazing. beautiful pool, only a 10 min drive from the lake. huge back yard and nice kitchen. it couldn’t have been better! we had the best fourth of july here. also has a nice grill but the pool was the highlight for us. beautiful master bedroom too with a walk in shower and a tub

Havasu Getaway

This house and property provided a relaxing and entertaining setting for my family (my wife and I, our 2 adult kids and their spouses, our 11 & 5 month granddaughters). We BBQ'd, made smores in the step down fire pit, had our morning coffee out on the rear patio, and swam. The beds are comfy, the AC works well, the kitchen is spacious, the street is quiet...Eileen is very easy to reach when needed and provided a ton of info....Only requests I would suggest are: a larger blender for the adult cocktails (lol), an iron with board, and a TV in the 4th bedroom....we only stayed 2 nights but will definitely be returning for a week next time.
