Everything is great . Butttt . Banff fairmont is so much better . Don’t get me wrong this place is top notch but Banff fairmont is top notch with sprinkles on top .

Lake Louise Never Disappoints

Chateau took care of our bags while we parked the car, and let us check in early into our beautifully appointed, clean room.

Family stay

Wonderful stay. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms were comfortable. They had a wonderful selection of teas and coffees in the room. The community family room had games and hot drinks as well. On-site restaurants are quite pricey for what you get so we drove into town several times to eat. The ice skating cost $86CA for a family of four.
