Beds were made only every other day.
There was an awful dank smarll coming from the bathroo. Curtaines

Bathroom was dirty. Shower curtain didn’t fit, too small. No option for food. Very disappointed.

Thomas, I am so sorry to hear about these complaints. We apologize and will be sharing your bathroom concerns with housekeeping. We do, however, have options for food on property. Our delicious BISTRO serves breakfast and dinner options, along with Starbucks coffee and craft cocktails.

No Housekeeping for the rooms.
Publié le 8 déc. 2023 sur HotelsHousekeeping was unavailable . I requested housekeeping for two days and no one came. I have to go and get towels, toilet paper,etc. on my on, this was diappointing.
The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating.
