Independent Guest house with a beautiful lake where you can have unlimited kayaking use during your stay as option(2 kayaks). Property is at lake Mary close to Sanford, Boombah Sports, Orlando Fl, walking distance to windixie super market, downtown Lake Mary, dunking donuts , near Orlando Sanford International Airport. Walk to many restaurants and entertainment, 30 min to Daytona Beach. Near Wekiva springs. To go to Disney or Universal, we have easy access to I-4 and 4-17.
The space
Cozy studio with private entrance. Private bathroom, Private full kitchen!!!!, area with dinning set, area to watch TV, area to be at the computer, area to grill, outside porch with great view. There is a door locked both sides between the guest house and main house which helps to create less noise, privacy and security, behind the door there is a closet with cleaning items. Lake view to Crystal lake to use jet-skies, kayaks, etc.
The space: Great location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, across the lake is the country club, 3 minutes to downtown Lake Mary, close to movie theater, about 8 minutes night life with bands, and much more, it is also close to major highways 408, 417, I-4 if you are wanting to visit major theme parks such as Disney and Universal Studios. Grocery shopping about 2 minutes driving or you can walk there.
Interaction with guest: If there is a situation in the house that require our attention we are in the main house next door, Just send us an VRBO message, and the assistance will be quicker been that close. 5 minutes away to Seminole Community college.
