Dropped off our luggage at 10am knowing check-in wasn’t until 3 but we got in early and wanted to head to Universal. Staff looked after our luggage for the day, super kind. Returned that even to another very kind front desk person who got us checked in and discussed morning transportation options. Again, super kind! Checked out this morning with an equally kind front desk staff member. I was very impressed with all 3… good reception is hard to come by and these three guys were very pleasant and helpful for our short 20 hours there!

It’s a good stop off if you aren’t expecting anything great. Rooms are pretty beat up, the door molding was literally falling off and the AC barely works. The gym is a joke. 2 treadmills that don’t work. 1 elliptical works, the other doesn’t. Beds were comfortable. Showers were adequate. That’s about it really.

Staff was friendly but the location could use some improvements. Our shower had rust around the drain and the water pressure was very low. The complimentary breakfast would run out of food every morning well before the cut off time and was often cold.

First room had bad smell so we moved to different room and that one had mold on windows/dirty bath tub/dirty floors/leak stains on ceiling/ice machine not working/old blanket that felt like it was never washed/ Manager was advised of condition on first day he never did anything about it. Manager was to adjust billing but he never got back to me(called 8 times)
