the room was spotless, the staff was courteous the building is newly built (looks like), built like a motel where the rooms have individual entries; the room/BR design is modern; there is a modern bathtub, the BR fixtures are modern; the bed is comfortable, the pillows fluffy; there is a sun/moon roof with push button controls; there is a fridge, kitchen wares, water bottles in the fridge were free; the room overlooks Lake Tekapo which is a great view in the morning; free breakfast with unlimited but reasonable quantities, room delivery is an option; Laundry is available upon request with separate charges: this hotel is somewhat pricey and the only one thing that didn't match the price are the towels- they were not fluffy, they felt worn, they don't look "new" white, I rate this hotel 4/5

My son left his camera on the coffee table in the reception area. Your staff kept it away safely for us and so grateful to recover it back subsequently! Thanks to Karin for her friendliness and advice on where to go around in Tekapo Overall property in excellent shape, would be perfect if you have washer and dryer in the units Thumbs up and will come back again!

Awesome property with a good view of the lake. My room was quite small. Two twin beds and a table with two chairs, plus the wall unit with the TV. That’s it. Parking area is tight as well. But the breakfast delivered to my room so I could eat it while enjoying the view was much appreciated. Plus the menu variety and food quality were great. And did I mention that view? Lol
