Beautiful Lakefront House with Private Dock, Secluded, Air Hockey

Lakefront home in the Pocono Mountains! Remodeled house with a private dock on Lake Wallenpaupack. Secluded 4-acre lot. Fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. Large outside patio with a BBQ grill and a fire pit. Lake Wallenpaupack is one of Pennsylvania’s largest lakes, making it an ideal destination for boaters, anglers and swimmers. This home has 150 feet of private lake frontage on Martin's Cove, one of the most desirable locations on the lake with calm water ideal for swimming and water sports. A short drive from historic Hawley town with many restaurant and entertainment options. Central A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a large driveway enough to park 6 cars. Please note you must cross a road to get from the house to the lake. Guests must sign a separate rental agreement provided by host.

LAKEFRONT
The house has 150 feet of private lake frontage. A private boat dock is all yours to use during your stay. The house is situated in Martin's Cove - the largest Cove on the lake! PLEASE NOTE: You must cross a road to get from the house to the lake. The lake is also 100-200 feet of elevation below the house, therefore there are many (~50 "stairs") needed to get to the lake.

Currently, the lakefront has 2 adult kayaks, 1 kids kayak, a stand up paddle board and life jackets available for use!

We encourage guests to use our outdoor firepit! At this point, the indoor fireplaces are not available for guest use.

ALL INCLUSIVE - LINENS
We provide hotel-quality towels, sheets, pillows and basic necessities at no additional charge. We aim to keep a lightly stocked kitchen with coffee, salt/pepper, and a handful of different seasonings.

We are geared towards families that make it a point to care for the homes they vacation in.

Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels.

Well behaved Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $250 per pet fee. This fee allows for a deeper cleaning of the house and any additional wear and tear.. Guests are responsible for their pet and cleaning up after them.
Pets must have written approval from property manager, unauthorized pets will result in an additional $200 per pet fee.
Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 27 years old.
We require the majority of guests to be above 27 years old, with the exception of families.
Parking limited to 5 cars, No RVs.

We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences.
We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.

Great dog friendly rental

My family, including 2 infants and 2 dogs, were very comfortable in this house. The first thing we all noticed was the pleasantly comfortable temperature inside the home and the cleanliness of every room. Ping pong, air hockey and the use of the hot tub were enjoyed by all. Location was good with shopping about a 15-20” drive. Having use of the dock was perfect as we did a multi day pontoon rental. Will definitely stay here again!! Thank you to our hosts! PS: having 2 fridges, linens supplied and a washer/dryer available made our stay that much easier!

Loved our stay at this wonderful property!! Such thoughtful hosts. Our family ranged from 3-70 years old and our stay was perfect!!! Definitely returning—our little one didn’t want to leave it was his favorite house!

The best stay in Wallenpaupack we had in 10 years

Out of all our annual trips we had to Wallenpaupack for 10 years this one was the best. You can’t beat privacy of this house, 4 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms it’s a rare luxury, charcoal grill was amazing, jacuzzi was super nice on one chilly evening, house itself was super clean, just fire pit chairs and 2 lounges outside needed a good powerwash but we managed by co wrong them with towels. Road crossing on a way to beach didn’t bother us at all as road not very busy and it’s really not that many steps comparing to other properties we stayed in the past. Huge tables inside and outside, comfy coach and nice tv, no problems with Wi-Fi, mitchen is fully stocked, no mold or any other issues in 4 clean bathrooms, 2 fridges, ping-pong table on garage and “foozbi” table or whatever it’s called on main floor
we wish we had kids with us:), outside table covered with canopy and have nice view of lake, driveway can hold probably 10 cars!!!!(unlike some houses we stayed in where even 2 cars was a problem). Communication was super easy and immediate, and bottle or Prosecco and sleeve of Nespresso cofee was such a nice guesture. Im not even sure why Im writing such a good review as Im afraid people will start grabbing the house and I will loose my chance to rebook for next year:):)
but trully, place is great and we know as we can compare with previous renting! Thanks Lana and I’ve, we will be back!!!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house was perfect for our family with plenty of amenities. Nicely stocked kitchen with all the basics. We enjoyed the hot tub, smores by the camp fire, & grilling on the deck. Indoors we played air hockey & and ping pong & hangi g out in the the large family room which was especially nice on a rainy day. We loved the deck to fish of off & enjoyed some beautiful sunsets on. Overall I would highly recommend this home for your next vacation,you will not be disappointed.

Family vacation.

The house is very well maintained and super clean. The 4 bathrooms were beautifully tiled and very neat and pretty. The deck was awesome for our party of 9. We ate most of our meals outside. Patio table was large with 10 chairs and cushions. Hot tub was ready to go and very handy off the deck. Nice fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs which were all new. Living area was big and spacious and kitchen had all the extras for cooking a complete meal. There was an extra refrigerator in the basement which came in very handy. Only negative complaints were most beds were very uncomfortable (should be updated) and there was an abandoned van parked in the driveway. We had 4 cars so that made it very unhandy maneuvering in and out of driveway. Would recommend this place for large family. Pictures are true to life.
