A great hotel, we enjoyed the in-door pool, the breakfast was amazing! We also had dinner at the hotel which I recommend as well.

Best hotel staff we came across throughout our entire trip - super attentive, professional and kind. Great spa facilities, indoor and outdoor pool, incredible attention to design detail - all making this stay a wonderful one.

Relaxing break

My experience here isn’t what I would expect of a 4 star hotel. We were in the area to celebrate and anniversary and birthday. I travel quite a bit and haven’t experienced something like this. The hotel did not have an iron/steamer in the rooms (common in Europe). I would have called services to request one but our room phone wasn’t working. After finding someone on my floor to assist they said they will get us one but 30 mins there was no available iron/steamer. They then later they said it’s all being used and we will need to pay for the hotel to iron for us. I decided to head to the front desk to figure out what can be done. To my luck, the elevator shuts down and I’m stuck. After they get me out, they offer simple verbal consolation. They then say they will arrange an iron for us by the time we return from our excursions. We return in the evening and nothing.
The service is extremely lackluster. No one knows how to handle any situation. In any other hotel with a little common sense, the front desk or hotel manager would give some consolation or make an effort to make a guest feel comforted after they get stuck in an elevator and are forced to wear wrinkled clothes but here nothing. While checking out they asked how my stay is. I said terrible and the agent shows no attempt at remorse. I know this isn’t the Ritz Carlton but for a 4-Star hotel, I expect some basic customer service. Id expect better from a quality inn.

The property was a bit austere on the outside but has recently undergone an internal refurbishment and has a really nice rustic minimalist interior .
