The hotel upkeep definitely needs work, it was sloppy. (Like an empty laundry cart in the middle of the hallway in hours that there was no housekeeping service going on , couches in bad condition …)The room I got, stains from bottles and other liquids could be seen on the dresser and knight tables. Pillows in the room could be better quality (gave me & my husband horrible neck pain) staff was ok overall for a 2 night stay it was ok .

The hotels policy of no outside food, but not providing food for guests with dietary needs is awful. Also, our room had no towels and no comforter/blanket on the bed. Called the front desk 3 times-no answer-so I went downstairs and they weren't busy, just ignoring the phone.

We were told we could check in early and then I was turned down after following the time table. The rooms were gross, and it took forever to get coffee in the morning. The soap was super gross, which was weird because it was all sealed.
