Perfect for that couple’s getaway. Or if you do have a little one in tow there is a bed for them as well. This unit provides you with a comfortable living space along with a fully functional kitchen. Bedrooms are located directly off the living area.
Located in the heart of town and right across the road from the skate park and local shops. And the best part? The beach is just a short stroll away, along with plenty of local eateries and attractions to explore.
After a long day of adventures, grab your favorite beverage and head out to the front of the property to relax and take in the surroundings. And if you're in the mood for a tasty barbecue, we've got you covered with a BBQ grill to cook up some delicious snags.

Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognized venue for Windsurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.
The bay of Lancelin is by far its best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities. A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.

Wifi would be nice but not essential. Place could be cleaner if possible, ideally need a clothes line.

Reviewer Comments: Absolute wonderful little shack away from the city life, wonderful location close to everything needed and only a very short walk from the beach & the dunes, very tidy place with all the utensils needed to enjoy :)It is a duplex home which we didn’t realise at the start but in saying that we could not hear anything from the neighbours either side and the home was very spacious and comforting. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay at Lancelin 😌Property management was very easy to deal with which made the entire trip that extra bit easier so Thankyou

We met the lovely cleaning lady when we arrived as mis commuication some messages said check in 2pm others said 1pm. I let Kristen our contact know there was old coffee sugar jars with manky product inside. I soaked and cleaned these. Smoke alarm covered in plastic not the best practise. No fire extinguisher even tho advertised. These are owner issues and I'm hoping Kirsten passes on. Not super impressed with the admin fees. I'll be more careful to be sure of inclusive / exclusive. Location is perfect. The biggest bug bare is getting constant multiple texts. "Put the bins out" over and over. There was not a day without some auto messages from the office. Even to put bins out 3 days prior to bin day and costs if we add to much rubbish 50. I am 61 and a neat freak. It was meant to be my place while I was there to relax. Not be treated like this. A lot of money for the standard of it.

While basic, the owner has made a good effort to present the place as clean and fresh as possible, providing a reasonable measure of amenity. Central location and provision of bedding/linen is a positive too. Like most other places in this town, the accommodation is overpriced (though less so than many of its competitors)

Reviewer Comments: The house in general was very clean except the windows where you move the stick to open them-that part was a bit gross. It looks like a stand alone house but it’s not your neighbours are very close to you-shared walls lucky our neighbours were quiet. It’s like a big old house has been divided up. Location is excellent being opposite the skatepark and the bakery! The house has everything you need. Can’t use wardrobe in kids room as you can’t open the doors with the single bed in the way. Beds were comfy but bring your own pillows. Comfiest couch I have ever sat on at a holiday rental!
