Will not return

Stayed here for an expo we were doing in West Palm. Hotel is dirty, run down and appears to be in a questionable area of town. The towel rack was broken. The phone wasn’t functional. Our neighbors in the rooms around us were semi-permanent “residents”. There was a room a few doors down that was boarded up with plywood and another on the second floor with yellow tape around it. Beds were extremely hard and too big for the small room. German cockroach infestation so we’ll have to be careful with our belongings when we get home not to transfer them. No amenities at all besides tiny bars of soap. Police had some young people being arrested on the first night when we returned. Felt like an unsafe environment.

Pillows are low Mattress was uncomfortable spring squeeze my bold. There was no microwave no kettle nothing to make some tea .

Mold infested property. Serious health hazard. Visible mold in bathrooms, floors warped from water damage. Staff told me they would refund me bc of the mold problem and my unwillingness to stay in such conditions, then they didn't.
