Charming apartment in Costa Teguise. Located close to the beach, you can also enjoy the pool of the complex where you can find sunbeds and a nice and ample area where you can fully relax. It is equipped with a bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, fridge, kettle, electric coffee maker, induction kitchen, amongst other amenities, including the washing machine, street parking , the inside parking is only for residents. The apartment also has a delightful little furnished terrace. The living room is also fully equipped, and there you can find a TV with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and is connected to the dining room and kitchen. The bathroom has all the essentials, including a hairdryer. Costa Teguise is located on the eastern side of Lanzarote, close to the capital and only 10 to 15 minutes by car from the airport. It offers all types of accommodations and activities. Costa Teguise is one of the most attractive tourist areas on Lanzarote thanks to its array of lodgings, beaches, services and the tranquillity one breathes around it. This is definitely one of the preferred destinations for families visiting the island.

Quality accommodation

Well maintained property,tastefully decorated.In a quite location. No English TV channels. 3euro taxi to get downtown. Locally good bars and quality restaurants only 5 mins walk away. Did not like the online check in system,this was completed a long time prior to arrival, however I was sent a confusing e mail that I had not completed the documentation,this system need much better clarity. Please note the parking is not on the confines of the development.The parking is street parking, on a busy main road, not ideal when you have a hire car.
