SUNRISE 1 by Buenavilla | Brand New Stylish villa with private pool

Sunrise 1 and Sunrise 2 are two semi-detached villas with a modern and luxurious feel. Divided in two floors, the main floor of each house features an open plan kitchen equipped with all mod cons and a beautifully decorated living room with wide glass windows that give access to an al-fresco dining area, terrace and the pool. In the same floor, we will also find a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an ample master bedroom, which also has fitted wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a sliding door to outdoor seating and pool area. In Sunrise 2, the master bedroom also has an impressive panoramic window to the Ajaches mountains. A shared bathroom in the hallway, equipped with a walk-in shower, completes the upstairs layout.

The lower level of the villas is accessible through stairs conveniently located in each pool area, from which we enter a self-contained apartment with kitchen, bathroom and a spacious bedroom with two single beds, facing a beautiful underground garden.

The ample terraces of Sunrise 1 & 2 are presided by their respective private swimming pools of 8 metres long and 4 metres wide, with a depth of 1,60, but with a shallower platform of 2 square metres that will not only enable suntanning on top of the water, but also as an area for parents to play with the smaller children. Each pool has a pool cover and is heated via aerothermia during the winter months. The large outdoor dining-table in each terrace can comfortably host up to 8 guests, and is located under a pergola attached to the houses. Also in each terrace, we will find an outdoor sofa and seating area, as well as modern sunbeds where you will enjoy many hours of Lanzarote sun. An oasis of peace surrounded by a luscious garden, and the perfect spot to enjoy your holiday in our beautiful island.

The house is located in a quiet residential area, just a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre of Playa Blanca, which is full of restaurants, bars and shops. The closest beach is Playa Dorada, also a 15 minute walk away. A taxi back from the town centre will be less than 5€ and a few minute drive.

Beautiful villa with everything you need for a fab holiday. If it was closer to the main strip it would be perfect. Having said that a taxi ride is only 4 euro. Very helpful staff who can give you all the information you need. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful villa within walking distance to all amenities. Communication and check in was fabulous and the welcome pack received on arrival was outstanding. Response time was almost immediate with any queries or requests and any minor issues resolved just as quick. I would definitely recommend staying at sunrise 1 (and sunrise 2 as our friends were there) without any hesitation. 5 star all round!

Don’t look any further for a villa

One of the most comfortable high quality villas we have stayed in. From the minutes we walked through the door it was the WOW factor. Location is excellent, supermarket 5 min walk away. Plenty of private parking . Security gates to the property. Pool cleaned twice a week. Heated pool, absolute heaven! Good quality garden furniture. Midweek clean, 5* + to the cleaner, absolutely superb level of cleanliness. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful villa in Playa Blanca

We had a week long stay in this lovely villa in playa Blanca. The villa is in a nice quiet area of playa Blanca and about a 20 minute easy walk to the marina. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed including pool towels. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool area very tranquil. If you need any supplies you are a 5 minute walk to a large Aldi. The communication was excellent with the rental company, check in process simple and any queries were dealt with very quickly.We would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Cumplió absolutamente mis expectativas la vida es tal cual como se ve en las fotos el colchón es muy cómodo nosotros hemos de costado funciona y lo único que me encontré sucio era la piscina, pero al pedir que la revisasen hasta el Piscina de la dejo perfecta. Das Haus und die Kleinigkeiten bei Ankunft haben unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen. Die Sauberkeit und auch das abgestimmte Ambiente im Haus ließen keine Wünsche offen. Das Team war immer da und stand uns bei Fragen zur Seite. Ich kann hier alles nur wärmstens Empfehlen. Schade, dass es euch "nur" auf Lanzarote gibt!

Villa magnifique et moderne. Sur 2 étages, pour que chacun ait son intimité. La température de la piscine était excellente. La villa est très bien placée avec la possibilité d'aller à la plage en 20 minutes à pieds. Très bonne réactivité des responsables face à plusieurs interrogations que nous leur avons posées. Un séjour formidable, nous reviendrons.

Great new property

We spent a lovely week in Sunrise 1. The villa is brand new and has a very generous pool area which was perfect for a big family like ours. The teenagers loved the separate apartment on the lower floor. The house is in a very quiet area, with the town centre just a 15 minute walk away. Some nights we grabbed a taxi to come back which was always less than 5€. We would love to return to this property next year.
