Sleep up to 5 in this spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Located conveniently close to I-80, perfect if you’re just passing through, or staying for many nights. All the comforts of home in this relaxing, private apartment located in North Laramie located on the lower level. Relax in the comfortable beds and prepare your own meals in the full kitchen.

Responsible pet owners are welcome! We do charge $15/pet per night for a maximum of $150 per stay. This is charged the day before your arrival.

Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

The apartment is located on the lower level at the end of an 8-plex. There are 5 short term rentals in the building and 3 long-term rentals.

There is a shared coin-operated laundry room in the back of the building.

I won’t be on site, but someone will be available to help if you have any questions or needs. Unless it’s an emergency, please reach out between 7am and 10 pm Mountain Time.

Laramie is a very safe community. Our apartment is located in an area with many other apartment buildings.

There is plenty of free parking in front of the building. Uber and Lyft are available, but may need to be scheduled beforehand. Turo is also available.

CANCELLATIONS at any time will incur a 6% refund fee.
There is a strict non-smoking rule in this apartment. Any sign of smoking of any kind (cigarettes, pot, vaping, etc) will result in a charge to your account.

Pickleball stay

We stayed here last year for the pickleball brawl at the U of W tennis center. This is such a nice vrbo with the two rooms and all that we need. The price is right and the location is convenient. We’ll plan on staying here next year too.

I really enjoyed this apartment in Laramie. It was spacious, clean…great parking…stayed 2 days w my dog…felt safe. Located just a short distance from activity of town so it was very quiet. Easy access to I80. Host was very attentive. Easy book and great communication. Price was great. Fully equipped kitchen. Thank you so much! I will definitely book again when I’m going through Laramie again. Laramie is beautiful, by the way…
