The service was bad especially that the room had no tv then I had to go back downstairs and get a new room like why couldn’t the receptionist come to me and bring me the key to the new room ?? Bad customer service

The pool didn't have any water, the key card never worked, not worth the money.

Thanks for the feedback. Sorry to know your concerns. Being winter time we are cleaning the pool and getting it ready before the end of season. You could have got an alternate key card. We are taking up the issue with the vendor for the bad read on the key cards.
