DO NOT BOOK HERE! Terrible experience! Front desk reeked of weed, our room was infested with giant roaches and had dirty beads. Unacceptable conditions. Requested refund, but staff offered alternative room, which wasn't viable. We left and lost money, staying at a different hotel instead.

The staff was absolutely great. The lack of cleanliness was due to mechanical issues that should be addressed. Not lack of basic housekeeping. The issues I brought up were addressed and resolve as best they could at the time. Even with my lower than average score, it was a fair value. The items that were frustrating are had an ownership level of upkeep.

Our room didn’t get clean for the second day/night satay, we had to ask for more towel for the second day, the room phone was not even connected to a cable, outside was pretty dirty. I didn’t feel safe in the area.
