Very clean and great location across the street from a small and elegant high end strip mall. I would have given everything 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that I reserved a room with a king bed and ended up with what I'm pretty sure is a queen size.

typical Marriott courtyard. Nice staff good service. The room was incredibly noisy. I would recommend second or third floor facing the courtyard. It smelled like that cleaning agent that they used to cover up cigarette smoke. Lots of noise early in the mornings 5 AM. Breakfast and coffee staff were good. The surrounding area is excellent as the Larkspur market Place is right across the street has excellent choices for shopping although expensive and good restaurants. You'll need a car to go anywhere else. The ferry is right nearby to get to downtown San Francisco. Not sure I would choose this hotel again based on the noise and smell.

Excellent location, comfortable

Location is superb, comfortable and spacious rooms with good linens, breakfast options are terrific, great staff. Two things are fixable: bathroom lighting is very dim and WiFi is funky, cuts in and out and makes you re-login. I would stay here again anyhow - loved being right across from the ferry landing to San Francisco!

The hotel location was fantastic due to the easy walkable access to the ferry to SF. In addition, the hotel location was quiet, safe and accessible to nearby shops for dining, coffee, deserts and much more with just a short walk across the street from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon for a weekend getaway.

This place is beautiful and the staff is so nice and helpful. This hotel is top notch and located in a great neighborhood. We didn’t have any concerns about safety or breaking into our vehicle.

One night stay at Courtyard San Francisco Larkspur Landing/Marin County. Very comfy room and bed (king size). Nice Bathroom. Friendly staff at the lobby and quick check-in. Quiet location. No breakfast included but there is a restaurant inside the hotel. $15 fee for parking. A street from the Marin Country Mart, nice shopping and dining options. Will definitely book again if we come back in the area.
