Completely remodeled condo unit in beautiful Summerlin. Close to restaurants, parks, shops, golfing and walking/jogging trails. Ideally located just 15 min to all the excitement of the strip. 10 min trip to hiking in Red Rock National Conservation. Best of all worlds. The condo is a ground level unit with two queen size beds and offers, WIFI, cable with 3 big screen TV's, outdoor patio, outdoor pool/jacuzzi (please note the pool is open April 1 - November 1), assigned parking space, walk to restaurants and bars. Very clean condo featuring brand new granite counter tops, brand new cabinets, stainless appliances and washer dryer. Beautiful real wood burning fireplace for coziness. Quiet and serene location. This is a non-smoking/pet free unit. Smoking on the patio is permitted.

Bon séjour à las vegas.

Propriété de trÚs bon standing. Rien ne manque dans cette maison située à 15 kms du strip. Il rÚgne un bon calme dans cet endroit. Je recommande aux futurs locataires.

The location was perfect. We loved being in Summerlin and using the condo as a home-base for our week of visiting state parks and national parks for hiking and astrophotography. However, on night three when I needed to do laundry, I was surprised to find the sheets from the prior guests still in the dryer. I folded the sheets and put them in the linen closet. Not a big deal. I just wish the cleaners had finished this before we arrived. Communication with Kim was great. The condo was very well kept and nicely equipped.

The apartment was great friendly neighbors nice pool and location Specially, the first bedroom bed is very noisy when you move, the second bathroom shower door won't stay closed when wet, no dishwasher tabs, and a too small coffee pot. With the exception of the bed frame, the rest is just nitpicking. I stay in a lot of Vrbo and universally this was great Thank you

The Condo exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and close to our daughter’s apartment. My daughter had school two of the days we were there so those were our pool days. We had a great time meeting the neighbors and hanging out with them all day. There was a community get together last night that they invited us to, but we had other plans. Just so nice and welcoming
lots of laughs and relaxing poolside with our new friends .The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed, from pots and pans, bottle opener,, cutting board etc
we went grocery shopping and were all set for our pool days where we would be on the property all day without a car. I loved having a washer and dryer there too!We just left about an hour ago and I already miss it! We had a great time and were able to relax in a home away from home.We are already talking about coming back! Thank you!

This condo in Summerlin was a great place for us to stay in. The location couldn"t have been better. The condo was exceptionally clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. Great condo in a great location. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It had everything that we needed for a great visit. Kim did a great job communicating and was a great host. We will definitely use the condo again when we are back in town visiting our son and his family.

Clean place in a good location

The property was clean and in a good location. It was well equipped with all the necessities for an extended stay. There were plenty of extras (linens, towels, dishware, blankets, etc) to keep everyone feeling fresh and clean. The host was very communicative and provided great info about the property well in advance to make the process really easy.I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay here again on a return trip.
