This was the WORST hotel stay I have ever had. On our second day we returned to our room to find the door open and many of our belongings stolen. We only know that the room was cleaned and that the staff either committed the burglary or that they left the door open for someone else. When we reported the theft to the security office they were not very helpful and could not give much information. And to make things worse on our last day in the hotel, there was no water. The hotel did not provide guests any information or explanation about this. And the big laugh at the end, they had the nerve to charge us the resort fee for our stay and part of that is housekeeping!

Stayed here for a quick Vegas getaway and had a great experience overall. The rooms are clean and spacious with super comfortable beds. The bathroom was roomy and spotless, and the shower pressure was excellent the first night (a real treat after a long day). A few minor gripes: the iron didn’t spray water (had to improvise with a damp towel), and by the second night, the shower pressure dropped noticeably. Also noticed some peeling material and rust around the tub faucet—definitely due for a refresh. Location is unbeatable—step right out onto Fremont Street and you’re in the heart of the action. Loved having Chick-fil-A and Starbucks inside the hotel for quick bites and caffeine fixes. Parking was easy in the garage across the street and included with the stay, which is a huge plus. Quick note: the onsite Starbucks prices are inflated (as expected), so we walked around the corner to a different one and saved a few bucks. Would absolutely stay again—the pros far outweigh the small cons. Great value for the location and amenities!

Check in done by kiosk. The computers are very sensitive and kick you out. The staff are not allowed to assist you in enteri g your information. The will stand there and tell you the kiosks are taking our jobs. I wasn’t happy checking myself in and the staff is angry over their jobs being taken away. Early check on was not ready after I paid for it.
