The best way to stay in Vegas!!!

It was a simple check in. Hotel was very clean and nice. It was very peaceful. The room felt like a home away from home.

I was there for 3 day never had my room cleaned no one would come and do house keeping. They also charged $300 security deposit and a resort fee of$100. I order room service and I was charge fo12 burn wing a total of 46 dollar's they charged me a resort fee as well. Had to call then several times for trash bags, blankets, clean towels. The pool was cold and alot od trash. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BOOK HERE THEY CHARRE AS A HILTON BUT WAS BETTER AS A DIAMOND RESORT.

The girl at the front desk was very rude and un welcoming to both me and the couple behind me checking in. She seemed bothered to be checking us in. No smile or professionalism in a customer service area. We rechecked in and were told our room would be ready at 4. It was almost 5 before I received the notification that my room was ready.

Rooms were spacious. We stayed for 4 days and our biggest struggle was getting housekeeping to change towels and take trash out. We had to request it and even then it would take a second call to make it happen.

Really nice & clean . Only thing I disliked was how the pool is so so big but more then half of it was closed and they only let us swim in a small portion of the pool . I get we can’t swim where the slides are at in the back but there was sooo much more space in the other side and we couldn’t swim there at all. So all guest were crowded in a small side. Other then that I loved it
