I called to ensure my room had a balcony. It did not. The main guests services couldn’t assist with this problem, and the number given to call that was posted in the room, there was no one available. Only a voicemail. Very disappointed.

Room was nice. Extra pillows, extra blanket and comfy bed. Our problem happened the first night. We decided to go out at 10pm and we got back to the hotel (Signature at MGM) at 12am. At the entrance the security staff told us valet was full, which was really unexpected and disappointing of this hotel. And that we needed to self park at the MGM grand which is a 30 min walk from signature. car. So we did that and ended up getting to the room at 1:30am. Next morning was check out, so this walk was going to be carrying our luggage all the way to our car. If we would've known this we wouldn't even went out that night in the first place. I was surprised about this and disappointed because hotel is nice.

Everything about the property was excellent except for the fact that it was not clean and when I asked it to be cleaned it took them an extra day and the second time asking for it to be cleaned they gave me attitude. It should not take 2 days to clean pubic hair out of a rental suite.

The property is connected to the Grand MGM which offers you the monorail transportation plus dining options and the casino . We stayed in Tower 1 which is the one connected to the MGM but all properties are connected and have a local store and STARBUCKS 😇.

Nice clean room. I liked being removed by the strip a little but my wife didn’t like it. I was a bit annoyed they don’t let you check in early at all because we needed to get to the Super Bowl and they didn’t even entertain the idea.
