Publié le 5 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe room was clean at first site , but the floor needed to be mopped and the sheets should be clean and not with tears in them and feeling of ruffness. TV could be bigger. Otherwise it was quite and good enough to leave an overall rating of 4stars .

Thank you for your feedback. We reviewed all the sheets and bedding. We couldn't find any tears or holes in them.
The floor was mopped and clean before you arrived. Our cleaners do that before every single stay.

This property had no local channels on their tv to watch the Super Bowl like CBS. Other than that ok.

The room was clean, I could hear the people and their dog in the main house but it was low and didn't bother me at all.

Great place away from the busy city
Publié le 10 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a great place a little away from the busiest parts of Vegas, but not super far. It was only like 1/2 hour away.
The room was great if you're just there to sleep. No seating or table. I love that it was also easy to get to Red Rock Canyon and Valley of Fire State Park. We would definitely consider this place again

Nice place; beautiful neighborhood
Publié le 13 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay here. It was about a 30 minute drive from the Strip, an hour from Hoover Dam, and 20 minutes from Red Rock Canyon. It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood with mountains in the background. As stated, this rental is within the owner’s home although there is no access to the rest of the house. You can hear them, though, so if that would bother you then you may want to find another place. It was exceptionally clean and we had everything we needed.
