Palms Place offers large, comfortable suites with plenty of space to relax. The bed was comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows gave us great views of the city. The in-room kitchenette was a nice touch for quick meals. It’s a short drive or rideshare to the Strip, so it’s quieter than staying right in the middle of the action, but still close enough to enjoy everything Las Vegas has to offer. Some areas of the room and common spaces could use a little upkeep, and service at the front desk was friendly but sometimes slow. Overall, it’s a good choice if you want more space and a calmer atmosphere away from the busiest part of the Strip.

Palms Place has been my go to for 7 years. When I arrive it always feels like home. The team has been kind, courteous and attentive during all my stays. I would consider the property to be mid-level to luxury accommodations. During this stay, the room was clean, with little to no odor. The room is positioned by a business park with mountain views. Front desk said the room doesn't have a balcony, but it actually does. However, they don't provide access to the balcony. Everything worked inside the room as far as electronics and appliances. There were minors things that could use some attention but it didn't affect my stay. 1) The toilet, when flushed screeches to high hell. I removed the cover to see what may be causing the issue, but it looks like they already tried to replace the valve mechanism. To lessen the screech, just jiggle the lever after flushing. However, the toilet should be replaced. 2) The sink is slow at draining, beware if you use the sink when brushing your teeth. Scum accumulates quick and makes the sink look gross. 3) Furnishings, specifically the sofa/pull-out bed could use a deep cleaning or be replaced. I provide this feedback in every review I submit. I know most units are independently owned, but have restrictions when it comes to that. 4) The soaps provided were low or was out. Seems it hadn't been replenished any other times before. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Overall set up is nicely done. However its very dark, it would be nice if more lighting was added. Room beautiful but not able to enjoy the amenities of the balcony for the view. Prices should be reduced if that the case. Worst of all there was pubic hair in shower and dead nats in fridge. Receptionist are not welcoming.

I absolutely loved our stay here. We booked the strip view corner suite with the Japanese soaking tub overlooking the view. It was amazing. The fireplace was a nice touch also. It was a beautiful suite. The pool was lovely and the bar and bartenders were awesome. We will definitely cook again.
