Check in staff was terrible. Room with so called view not what I expected and staff continued to harp on not providing a reasonable solution because I booked through a third party. The food at all the restaurants was amazing. The Bell staff had excellent customer service as well. Will stay again just not in the Alexandria Tower, as we were not fans of the decor.
