Spent the weekend at the Encore. The first room they gave us had not been properly cleaned; still had left over items from the previous guest. Front desk made it right and gave us another room, which was better. However drain in shower was backed up and did not drain properly, so 2" of water in shower that slowly drained out. Also room service did not clean room, so had to request this be done. Overall the room was nice and we enjoyed our stay at Encore, but prices were high for everything. At checkout they tried to charge me again for a resort fee, even though I had already paid it in advance. After a few minutes they finally realized this and acknowledged it had been paid, but only after I was adamant about it. I lived in Vegas for several years so I'm no stranger to Vegas life, but you could tell they are cutting back on certain services to save money, and it showed.

This is the best property to be at if you are a Celiac and need safe, gluten free options to eat. The very first morning at the buffet I was asked if I had any allergies. When I said I was a celiac, they had the head chef walk me around the buffet to let me know what I could eat. The options were endless! It was all so good! Every restaurant we went to in the Wynn asked if we had any food allergies as soon as we sat down and they had many different options for someone with Celiacs. This will definitely be my go to place whenever we visit Las Vegas!

We went on a holiday weekend. No chairs available at the pool without advanced reservations. Cabana $2500 per day. When it’s 97 degrees out sitting by the pool would be nice. We tried getting a reservation at any of the fine dining restaurants a week in advance and everything was booked. Would not come on a holiday again but we wanted to see Sebastian Maniscalco.

Wonderful emasculate hotel. Outside of one issue, I had a great time and definitely is worth the hype! Would give them a 5 but they charged me for the upgrade that was supposed to be free with the Expedia Gold status. When I ask them why they wouldn't honor it (at checkout) they made up a lame excuse about it being Memorial Day weekend, even though my stay was from Wednesday to Friday.

Need Non Smoking casinos

This would have been perfect except for the smoke. The smell is everywhere regardless of non smoking area. Causing eye and throat irritations. I don't understand how in this day and age any company could subject their employees and many customers to such an unhealthy environment.
