Hard working staff at front desk who clearly multi tasks brilliantly. All our bags were delivered to the rooms prior to our check in. Convenient bag hold system for guests staying at the start and end of a multi day hike. Convenient walking distance to the shops, restaurants and sightseeing. We will be back.

Very quaint and interesting hotel in a good location. However, it is very noisy as it is located on the corner of two busy roads. No double glazing so take your ear plugs. Shower cubicle miniscule but plenty of hot water.

The small room felt oppressive with so much dark decor in a room with one small window.Furnishings were opulent but too dour for such a small place. No streaming service, and very little television reception. After travelling all day one wishes to unwind, not necessarily contemplate busy artworks, in a blue room. Overall it seemed ungenerous; I had to go looking for the soap, and other necessities, under the sink away from view, (one small piece for two to share, no shower wash). Fussy, but unwelcoming.

Access to Reception after 6pm is tortuous...it took >30 mins to get checked in as no one was physically present

They did not accept my booking from your website, asked me to pay again for the room again but this time pay much more, it was after hours checking due to flight cancelled ,they kept me for more than 2 hours until 11 pm behind the closed door, I did not have any choice, I did pay again. Why you did not answer my complaint , don’t you have any responsibility for your customer?!
