The Lausanne Palace is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, well appointed. The staff is extremely helpful. The concierge Cindy went out of her way to help me easily navigate the city including recommending the best chocolate shops. The hotel lobby bar was a great morning spot for tea and a croissant. The hotel even had a cigar bar. Highly recommend.

It's all excellent, location is perfect, room including bed, service is great! We stayed 2 nights, to see Lausanne you would need at least 3 nights, I wish we stayed longer. Strongly recommend this hotel and Lausanne!!!
