liked and didn't like location. the area abuts some beautiful woods, which are very nice to walk in during early mornings or before dark. but the location is 6 busy miles from the main street of Lawrence -- Massachusetts Ave -- so not terribly convenient for food or shopping. Noise -- walls are THIN and the young folks next door were shouting and running in/out of the room until 11pm. Still, i'd stay there again.

Very nice property but thin walls...

Very nice hotel with easy access and parking. Large lobby and clean property. Only issue is the walls between my room and the adjoining room must be thin, could hear the next room over with snoring and was annoying.

When I booked for my reservation , I did not realize that it is located almost an hour away from I-70. But the drive returning to I 70 the following morning was all worthwhile . The hotel’s room & breakfast is basic . But for the price, it’s worthed . Clean room . Beautiful surrounding.

To sleep or not to sleep

We arrive to see blood on the bathroom door, feces on the wall behind the toilet paper roll and severely stained pillow case. I went to the front desk to tell them of these problems but they said there were no housekeeping personnel to clean it so they did offer us a different room which we accepted. Elizabeth was very accommodating. The 2nd room was fine. At 11pm we heard yelling from outside our 307 window. There were at least 20 people sitting in a circle outside on the patio taking alcohol shots and being loud and obnoxious! I called the front desk and she was polite. She said it should be quiet hours and she would take care of it. The loud noise and voices did not cease until midnight. The group was very inconsiderate of other guests. After that we slept ok. We were exhausted from driving and were not able to get enough sleep due to this obnoxious party!
