At this townhome, guests have plenty of space to relax in front of the tv or sit out on the patio and enjoy the fresh air. The garage has a ping pong table and yard games for guests to enjoy. Great for a group

The rental worked well for us. Loved having all the beds since we had a range of ages. It was easy to find and the neighborhood was quiet. The only down side was the lack of air movement in the bedrooms (only one has a working ceiling fan).

Archeologists teaching field school

This townhouse provided a comfortable place to unwind at the end of 10 total long days working and teaching outdoors at a nearby archeology field school. Two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. The bedroom/bathroom downstairs contains the laundry as well. The appliances work. Kitchen is stocked well, including extra paper towels, garbage bags. The neighbors were friendly, including the doggie next door. Thanks from all of us.

Great location; comfortable for family

The townhouse was meticulously clean with a comfortable layout for family. The location was perfect for us. Not only was it close to downtown Lawrence, it was in a safe neighborhood so that I could take my daily walks. We hope to return to this property when we need such an accommodation in Lawrence

The stay was a perfect getaway for a respite. Lots of space and the rooms werent crowded with excess furniture. Couch and recliner sectional are really comfortable. Fantastic place for a big crew.

Nice place!

We came to Lawrence for a wedding and this place worked perfect for us. We were supposed to have 3 couples staying but one couple ended up sick and couldn't make it. Splitting the price amongst 3 couples would have been much cheaper than staying in a hotel and was much more comfortable! Very cute place. We would stay again. The checkin and out was very easy and the host was also easy to work with. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood and as advertised.

Great value for the money

The property was clean and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to add an easy chair to the living room. Even if it is crowded, you should be able to at least sit 6 people in the living room.

Location was convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Plus close to avenues out of town. Our stay was problem free and we enjoyed our down time in the residence. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Nice spot in Lawrence

Quiet spot a bit away from the hustle and bustle of KU and Mass ST. Would be a great spot to stay while in town for a game. The bunk beds would be great for a bunch of kids to sleep in.
