The checkin staff was on the phone with a customer and we waited in line a long time to checkin. The customer behind us in the long line was arguing the whole time with someone. They should have been able to call for another checkin person when she was delayed so long on the phone.

Woke up to no water to take a shower. Attendant was on phone to let know and I couldn’t wait.

Hi Chad,The City of Lawton had a water main break and they had to shut our water down to repair it. I am sorry this occurred during your stay.

Publié le 5 févr. 2024 sur HotelsI thought this hotel was a 4*, but after realizing it didn’t serve room service, I ate in one of the restaurants downstairs. The a/c unit is too loud for my taste. The shower head showed signs of calcium build-up. There were 3 stands of hair in the shower, so I'm not sure if the shower was properly cleaned before my arrival.

The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The non-smoking casino was great!

I had some loud neighbors on my floor but other than that, hotel is good place to stay. Be mindful of people from casino area hanging out in the lobby and good restaurant is closed on Mondays. Grill and coffee shop don't open until 7 if you are a early riser.

Great facility. Casino and entire property was clean and did not smell at all Smokey. Very nice staff and very secure. Would highly recommend and I will stay again when I visit Lawton.
