A good stay

Posted May 29, 2018 on HotelsThis is an hotel for travelling salesmen/business men who just want somewhere to sleep for the night. We HAD to stay here to be near a meeting point for family.
The hotel is on a piece of land surrounded by busy roads and in what appears to be a small industrial estate. There are a few smallish warehouses, a McDonalds , a garage and a supermarket.
When we arrived at 3:30, the hotel was locked and in darkness. When checking the website it seemed that on weekends and public holidays one can only check in from 5:30 to midnight. So we waited for two hours. Our room for two people was tiny, hardly any space to walk around the bed and very difficult for two people to pass ! There was only one small space on the floor to open my case and it had to be closed and upright for any one to get into the bathroom.
The following morning when I asked the manageress if I could borrow a mug from the breakfast table to make coffee in the room, she said no, I had to use the paper cup supplied in the room. That tells you everything you need to know about this hotel really.
On the plus side.... The bed was comfortable and the room seemed clean.
I would never stay here again unless the only other option was a tent.

Good budget hotel

Bonjour,Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de nous laisser un commentaire et sommes ravis de constater votre satisfaction globale notamment concernant notre table. Notre chef apprécie le compliment sur sa cuisine maison ?Pour des raisons logistiques, l'hôtel étant moins fréquenté lors de votre nuit passée chez nous, nous avions regroupé au rez-de-chaussée toutes les chambres louées. Il ne nous restait que des chambres à deux lits et avons préféré vous attribuer une chambre PMR plus spacieuse et avec un grand lit. N'hésitez surtout pas à venir nous voir à la réception lors d'un prochain séjour. Nous essaierons de répondre au mieux à vos souhaits.A bientôt au Kerhuon!
