This newly built home is one of the first houses to break ground in the new Railyard Development. This two-story home has five spacious bedrooms with plenty of room for hosting with a fluid floor plan of living room, dining, and kitchen. A side access door shows you into the mudroom where you can store your snow gear after a day of skiing.

This property is conveniently located in the new Railyard Development that is within walking distance of Leadville Main Street where the life of Leadville resides. Walk to the local grocery store and step right onto the Mineral Belt Trail! Walk along these historic Sidewalks into the many restaurants, bars, local gift shops, and museums. Note, the Railyard Development is still in the construction phase. There may be sounds of machinery and construction throughout the day.

This property is equipped with two security cameras. One on the front door and one on the back door and backyard. These cameras are not actively monitored and are only utilized in emergency circumstances or when the property is vacant.

Our second stay at this wonderful home in Leadville. Everything you need to accommodate our group of ten comfortably. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a variety of meals. Host was great! Short drive to Copper Mountain and Ski Cooper.

Excellent location for those that like the outdoors. Local skiing at Cooper and Copper Ski Resorts and just 45 minutes from Vail. Great trails for running and mountain biking from the front door.

Great Home for Family gathering

We went to Leadville for a family ski trip and this house was the perfect place for us all to gather in the evening. The basement was the perfect place for the kids to play and be loud while the main level offered comfortable seating for the adults to hang out. We loved the huge selection of games, the cleanliness of the home and the location.

Wonderful Stay for Everyone!

We had a group of 10 and had plenty of space. Very comfortable ground level for hanging out. Bedrooms in upper and lower floors. Additional hang-out space on the lower level was great as well. Kitchen had all we needed to cook and enjoy several meals together after skiing. Close enough to Copper Mountain and Vail. Would definitely stay again!

A Gem in Leadville

We held a family gathering at Silver Rush in Leadville with three generations. The layout of this property was perfect. The kids could go to the basement where they had games, a tv and a hangout space, while the adults could be upstairs conversing in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We had so much fun hanging out on the front porch and watching the sun set. We will definitely keep this one on our list of places to return to.

Perfect for a multi-family ski getaway

This property's design was well thought out! The first floor was a great gathering spot for meals and games. the downstairs was made for the teen hangout and bunk rooms. And the rooms upstairs were just was exhausted parents needed to get some R & R. Leadville downtown is adorable and less than 20 minutes to Ski Cooper...We will be back!

Great rental for large families

We had 2 families overnight staying for a quick ski trip. The house is lovely, there is plenty of room for all, and the kids loved the lower level with their own space to hang out. Right in town and close to skiing. We would have loved to stay longer.

Spring Break

This house was perfect for two families to enjoy and be comfortable. We had a group of 10 and we had more than enough room! We have been coming to Leadville for the past 5 years to ski at Ski Cooper and this house has been the best yet!

Nice, new and clean

Pros: lots of space, new, clean Cons: beds hard as rocks, no garage, no real walkway to the door, fireplace remote was missing. We stayed during a snowstorm so we were disappointed and surprised not to have a garage. The development was not plowed well. The property management kindly dropped a scraper for our rental car which wasn’t equipped w one. I would stay again!

Great spot for access to Copper, Leadville and the many mountain ranges in between. Easy access to grocery and liquor stores. Good kitchen and porch amenities for enjoyment of time!

The house was perfect. Everything was brand new and nicely decorated. It was in a nice quiet subdivision close to downtown. The shops and food in Leadville were great. Everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome House and Property Group

9 of us went up to ride RZRs on a spur of the moment trip. We locked this place in last minute Property group was easy to deal with and answered all the questions. I almost think we were the first group in the house. It had everything we needed. Big enough to allow kids to separate to basement living room and adults on main level to hang out. Would definitely stay again. Parking is the only hiccup with trailers. Richard the General contractor helped us to find trailer parking for the night. Overall 10/10

Beautiful house and great location

We LOVED staying at Silver Rush home! Well appointed, beautifully decorated and a great location. It’s an easy walk to town or even to the grocery store. You can skip the traffic of Harrison and easily get in and out of town if needed. This is a gem! Can’t wait to rent again next year.
