Welcome to Bavarian Suites #21 - a one-bedroom suite centrally located in the heart of downtown Leavenworth.

If you`re looking to experience Leavenworth and all it has to offer, you`ll appreciate that you can do so the moment you step out the front door onto Commercial Street. This 4-plex provides simple yet comfortable accommodations, and its location truly can`t be beaten. Each suite comes stocked with all the necessities, including cookware, hotel-quality linens, cable TV, a coffee maker, and more!

This listing is for unit #21 in particular, which includes a king bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. If you`re interested in bringing a larger group, please reach out if you would like to hear about the other three attached units we have available. While each unit is rented separately, together, they can accommodate a larger group.

Whether you`re in town for one of our many festivals or you`re looking to enjoy some wine tasting, you will have easy access to all of the ongoings, and you won`t have to worry about driving home. With boutiques, restaurants, tasting rooms, artisan shops, and more just outside your front door, you can toss the car keys aside and explore by foot instead!

In addition to being close to downtown festivities, this location is also great for anyone looking to pursue the many outdoor activities Leavenworth provides. Picture coming back to this cozy cottage-style suite after a day of mountain biking up our local Ski Hill, or after floating the Wenatchee River, which is walking distance from the unit. The possibilities are endless, and you get the chance to choose your own adventure!

The location was perfect. Everything was pretty much walking distance to where we wanted to go. The suite was pretty cute and cozy. This is my husband’s birthday trip and it was nice to see him get all nostalgic during our stay. He used to live in an apartment that looked very similar. We were very comfortable and we’d totally stay there again. We were also able to check in a little bit early, so it really was a nice stay from the start.

+Luxury bath towels that were almost long enough to get around my curvy body. - Not enough space in the bathroom to put my toiletries and hair styling stuff. - No drawers for our clothes BUT + larger-then-usual closet. (Too bad I can't hang up my socks and panties!) - refrigerator hasn't been defrosted in a long, long time - bed pillows were too hard + livingroom furniture was comfy + kitchen was well-stocked with equipment + support (when I was too dumb to know how to adjust the shades) was prompt and thoughtful

Excellent property very close to everything you could need you don’t have to drive around. You can walk to most attractions and shops or restaurants. Very clean had everything we needed. Property management company was responsive and polite and accommodating. Would recommend.
