At the foot of the magnificent Ferret lighthouse, we have found for you an authentic house with the architecture characteristic of the old houses of the basin. Recently renovated, it offers the comfort of modern equipment, the elegance of contemporary furniture and the original charm of the house.



Designed to accommodate 10 people, the house consists of a large living room, four bedrooms and four shower rooms.



In the living room, you will discover a magnificent kitchen open to the living room. Fully equipped, it includes a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob to cook good meals. A dishwasher is also available to make your life easier. For breakfast, you will find a kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker. You can enjoy your meals around a beautiful wooden table, for gourmet and convivial moments.



To relax, a large TV lounge will allow you to watch a good movie or to vibrate in front of sporting events.



On the night side, there is a first bedroom each with a Queen size bed (160/200) and a private bathroom with shower and WC. There is also a second bedroom with a queen size bed, and private access to a bathroom with bath. This bathroom also connects to a family bedroom, including a king size bed (180/200), and a single bed. The other family room has a queen size bed, and two bunk beds. A last bathroom with shower and toilet is in common access. You will also find an independent WC.



If you want to spend time outside, you will find all the furniture you need to relax and enjoy your meals in the sun, around a barbecue or a griddle.



It will be difficult to leave this house and go back to work. If you want to extend your stay while working from home, three offices are at your disposal to make you comfortable.



For more comfort, the house is fully air conditioned. It has a cellar with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. In the kitchen, various cooking aids (food processor, electric juicer), three hair dryers in the shower rooms, a baby chair and an umbrella are at your disposal. You can park two vehicles on the plot.
