Extremely rude staff at the hotel from the moment we checked in. The combined shower/bathtub is super uncomfortable and the worst as water goes everywhere even with the curtain. Breakfast not inspired by Balisinese culture and very limited options for vegetarian. Definitely not staying back and not worth the price at all. The photos are totally misleading as this hotel is a building and not a standalone villa shown on front page.

I loved the property, the staff were wonderful... The party people in the pool at happy hour, another story. We had kids here, but it is probably not the best place for family of middle age kids.

Close to shopping and walking distance to the beach. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. We got a small deck thats looking over the garden and it’s really nice and cozy. Rooms are kept clean and beautiful pool area. Breakfast is great. Good selection and the staff are friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Dear Astagina Resort Villa and Spa, we have come to the end of our 7 night stay and what an incredible experience! Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious and welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They’re always greeting and smiling to us. The buffet breakfasts were amazing with a very large selection, main menu also just as delicious. I really loved the afternoon tea available in beer garden each afternoon, a unique opportunity to really enhance our stay. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. Anjali spa what an awesome experience… you are welcomed with a lime juice and ice cold cloth to cool you down before your treatment (please see my review over at Anjali Spa by Astagina). I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to my family and friends. Will be back to this place very soon..!!!

Wonderful stay!

Great hotel and staff. Love their bathtub, and plenty of hot water (which you don’t always find in Bali)! Onsite spa was wonderful and the staff across the entire hotel are very friendly. I would stay again!

We love the Astagina for families. The pool is great, service is always exceptional. 2 bedrooms makes the room so much more accessible and accommodating for families with older children who don’t want to share a room. In a great area, quick walk up the lane to lots of shopping, restaurants and 5 mins to the beach. Highly recommend.
