The room was clean, and we loved having the hot tub to ourselves. The elevator was broken, which isn't too big of a deal, but I feel the front desk could of disclosed to us while watching us load our luggage on a cart knowing it was broken and we needed to just carry our things. But its all good!

Elevator wasn't working. Everything else was good.

The front desk guy never talked at all during my check in. It was just really off. Didn’t tell me where to park or where my room was ect. Had the same guy checking out and same thing. Clean room but the beds were not comfortable at all. Comfort inn used to be pretty nice but they have went down hill sadly.

This was the worse motel I have ever stayed in, it really should be shut down

I know they have no control but it was bad because there was a fight and police commotion all night which woke up kids and they didn’t go back to sleep.
