We always book with this hotel because we like to know what we are getting. A breakfast was advertised but we got none and it was dirty. Long hair was all over the room and there was something g wrong with the heat. We had to disinfect everything before we touched it. It was gross and we can’t believe it is part of the chain. We will be travelling that route once a year for the foreseeable future and we’re seeking g secure clean hotels. We will not be goi g back and are considering finding a more reliable chain that offers consistency.

The room was dirty and the bed hard as a rock. The front desk clerk told me nothing like when was breakfast or check out. The maid decided 9:45 a.m. was a good time to vacuum

The staff was rude and charged extra for my registered ESA animals. The AC didnt really work, we couldn't get extra towels, pillows or toiletries and there was no breakfast free or otherwise. Im surprised a Wyndham hotel could get away carrying that name and be so abysmal

STAY AWAY! We just checked out early rather than stay, even though we prepaid for the room. My daughter got sick and threw up on the floor. Kids, right? We cleaned it up. And I mean I did, because they wouldn’t give us cleaning supplies, so I went and bought my own. They wouldn’t give us sheets, so my kids slept on a bed with no sheets. The sink also had a leak, so maintenance had to come in our room in the morning. When I brought all this up to the front desk, the manager told us that there was nothing he would do. Not only would we not be compensated for such a horrible stay, but they would not even change rooms. I’m military on a fixed budget just visiting my kids on leave, so I don’t have a ton of money, but I have never had worse service at a hotel, and I’ve stayed at thousands of hotels since I travel constantly. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.
