Noisy neighbours

I booked a balcony room and the people in the neighbouring room were had their balcony door open, music on and guests from other rooms in their suite until after 2am. I did speak to reception but there isn't a lot they can do about other people being inconsiderate. The room itself is genuinely lovely and I'd have loved it if the sun had been out and my neighbours hadn't been so annoying. Book a different room here unless you want to risk a group of drunk people screaming outside your window all night I really like this hotel and it's not really their fault but I didn't really get any sleep last night because I had an early start

Primarily stayed here for niece’s graduation, so we just stayed one night.. but the overall experience was all good, we informed the hotel in advanced that we would have some flowers delivered and they took good care of that. The only grip if I had to say was the location from the station is a quite a long walk with all your luggages but otherwise all was a good stay.

Wonderful one night stay, the room was beautifully appointed with an extremely comfy bed and plenty of pillows. Great spacious bathroom facilities with a marvellous shower and plenty of toiletries. Easy to walk to from Leicester train station. Nice bar & restaurant area with great staff!
