First of all we got locked out of our bathroom. The door handle was broken. Then i decided to shower at like midnight but no hot water. Then the police raided the hotel!!!! The breakfastwas waffles/cereal and juice The only really good thing abt the place was tht it smell really good.....

I think we were Catfished by the hotel. Pictures were great… hotel was not! Rooms are not clean. Heater/ air conditioner in first room not working. They were kind and moved us to a new room. First room… stains on bedding, stains on floor, walls, etc. Bathroom barely clean. Second room was slightly better. Chain broken on door. Could not lock security lock. Breakfast 0 out of 10 stars. Orange juice was water. Apple juice was water. No yogurt. No fruit. Empty shelves were food should be. Silverware empty. Coffee barely passed for coffee. Not a lot of room to sit. Large gallon of milk to share. Frozen bag of fruit to share? SO much room for improvement!!

Disappointing stay

Very disappointed in this hotel. We didn’t have enough towels and only two of us. Breakfast was a joke. Out of coffee and milk. Juice machine did not work. Had to ask for plates and napkins. They had two kinds of cereal. Neither were very kid friendly. Also had waffles, bread (just white) and a few yogurts. Tables and floor in breakfast room not clean. They did have a cheap rate as we booked on-line. That truly was the only plus.

Clean, staff was vey nice. Bed was comfortable Breakfast was bad. No milk for cereal, no hot water for oatmeal. No liquid creamer for coffee. Do better.

The stay was ok, but I found a roach in my room. I told the front desk when I was checking out all he said was I’m sorry, but I didn’t get no accommodation. I was very discreet when telling him b/c I didn’t want the guest staying there to know.

It was cheap so theres that. Rooms were small. You cpuld hear everything from the rooms next to you. Breakfast was below average. But it was cheap with my rewards from expedia

I originally booked for 2 nights in this hotel and I'm still waiting for the refund on my second night as I didn't stay. The lobby was clean/nice and front desk wasn't overly friendly but professional. I arrived after 3pm and was promptly put into a room that was still being cleaned. Housekeeping was nice though. The room was just ok. Screen on the window was broken, lock was barely hanging onto the door frame but usable. The shoeer took forever to get hot, but did eventually. But the reason I wasn't going to stay a second night? Within less than 24 hrs of being there, I found 4 roaches in my bathroom. Additionally, I went for breakfast around 9:30am on a Sunday and was told it was closed already after being told breakfast went until 10am. When I asked for a refund, they offered for me to move to another room but at this point, I simply wasn't comfortable with that.
