The room was in a terrible area with graffiti all over it, they wanted to put me in the basement with some unidentified stain on the wall. I told them I couldn’t stay there. The manager said no worries, he would refund me. It was late, I was tired and had to find other accommodations so I foolishly took him at his word and left without anything in writing. I never received my refund. Do not recommend!

One pillow and towel per person. Breakfast is delicious! It is on a main road so you will hear cars pass by. This place does count with a/c and the bus stop is across the street, easy to navigate. It is outside of the “centro” but it is walking distance.

There's no hot water

There was no hot water to take a bath, so i bath with very cold water, i complain at the front desk, and they give me only excuses about the water pump, next morning same problem, cold water.

I stayed at this place 3 years ago good location everything nearby but they're letting the hotel go my room had some damage on some walls hot water took forever to come up one day I showered with cold water too bad is a nice place no cups in the bathroom to brush your teeth no fridge

Good stay. Appreciated A/C. Short ride to Zona Piel & Central bus terminus. Gym upstairs had a good view. Drop off by taxi is weird as entrance is on main street easy to miss. Honk, honk from people behind. Stayed in ground floor room, strange sewer smell both mornings. Told us no breakfast. Only coffee pot was at front desk. Bottom floor had no window view. Wi-Fi worked in our room. Good TV channels. Not much to eat in walking distance. Hard beds.

The hotel was clean & nice. The beds were a bit too hard to my liking, but not terrible. Close to tourist areas, I still used Uber (very inexpensive rides $1.50-2.0 dlls). Car garage safe & easy to park.

The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to main tourist attractions in Leon (El Centro, Expiatorio, Estadio Leon) and nightlife (Calle Madero, La Calzada). You can take an Uber for no more than $5 USD to main malls since it's much quicker. The room and bathroom were clean and their breakfast was just enough to get you up in the morning (coffee, bread, fruit). The only issue I had at the beginning of my week-stay was that I had to go through the lobby to reactivate my room card (it would expire every 4 hours) and wi-fi is really non-existent. I don't like them to use "nearby construction" as an excuse. All-in-all it is a nice small hotel, priced reasonably and I would stay here again!

The attitude of the employees, we asked for extra towels and they say the hotel was full and there was no more, they kept calling as while we were sleeping in the morning because they wanted to clean the room, no water in the morning to shower

Good budget place

Good little budget hotel. Very small room, but clean, modern and quiet (I asked for one out the back). I just needed it to sleep and was out all day, so it was fine for me. Clean and new bathroom. The staff was was very helpful, bringing me extra water when I asked for it and being very friendly. Breakfast was decent with fresh fruit, cereal and toast, tea/coffee and juice. Negatives were the wifi didn't work in my room and the safe also didn't work, after the previous guests programmed it and forgot to leave it open. Staff when to great length trying to remedy the problem but couldn't. All in all a good place for the price. Very close to centro historico so it's a good location as well.
