Discover this spacious 28m2 apartment ideal for families or groups of friends.

Located in the Réberty 1850 district, the Les Mélèzes residence has a lift and private ski lockers as well as the ski slope 20 m away. This warm and comfortable accommodation offers the perfect setting for a mountain holiday.



Carefully designed and renovated in autumn 2025, this apartment is furnished and equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The vast mountain area at the entrance offers a practical layout with a single bed (width 80 cm), a bunk bed (width 80 cm). It is isolated from the rest of the apartment by a door. In the living room, you will also find a sofa bed (width 160cm), as well as a simple bench. (width 80 cm) Electric radiators ensure a pleasant temperature throughout your stay. The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows.



The very functional kitchen is open to the living room. It allows you to easily prepare family meals. You will find everything you need: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette maker and kitchen utensils.



The bathroom is equipped with a bath and the

toilet is separate.



Enjoy the west-facing balcony with a pleasant view of the pine plantation and surrounding mountains. The location is exceptional: just a few metres from a Sherpa convenience store, typical mountain restaurants, sports shops and in the immediate vicinity of ski slopes and ski lifts, you will love your holiday and fully enjoy sporty or relaxing moments. A free shuttle allows you to easily reach the more lively districts of La Croisette and Les Bruyères.



Please note that the accommodation does not allow pets and is non-smoking, no WIFI, hard floor throughout the apartment, equipped with duvets and pillows. Public parking outside. A processing fee of €45 is to be expected from the agency.

Bed linen and towels are not provided. Possibility to rent them through our agency upon request. (single bed 20 €; double bed 25 € kit 2 towels 15€) End of stay cleaning not included, (possibility to order the service: 90 €). A deposit of €450 will be requested when collecting the keys from the agency.
