Apartment Marianne - LES GETS: in the center and at the foot of the slopes

The Marianne apartment is located in the very heart of the village resort of Les Gets, in a most privileged location, offering immediate proximity to a range of amenities, ranging from distinguished boutiques to refined restaurants, not forgetting the ice rink, the spa , the renowned ski school and the welcoming tourist office.

Ideally positioned at the foot of the ski slopes and mountain bike trails, the need to use your vehicle disappears, allowing you to live every moment of your stay in complete serenity, while easily exploring the surrounding area on foot.



The Marianne apartment, located at the top of a brand new residence, designed with great elegance, whose delivery took place during the summer of 2023, welcomes you with a clear panoramic view of the slopes from its top floor .

With a generous surface area of 134 m², it offers a vast space including 4 bedrooms and a charming mountain corner, which can accommodate up to 12 guests.



From the entrance, an atmosphere of discreet luxury emerges, with a reception hall which houses a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, a separate toilet, as well as a corridor which leads to a living room bathed in light of 43 m², facing south-east.

The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee machine, etc.) opens harmoniously onto the dining room and living room. From there, 2 large bay windows open onto a 12 m² terrace offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the slopes.



The sleeping area has been carefully designed:

Four double bedrooms, each with a television, an office space, a private shower room and en-suite toilet, welcome you in absolute comfort. Three of these bedrooms have Queen size 160X200 beds, while the 4th offers a 160X190 bed. An enchanting mountain corner with 2 bunk beds, or 4 single beds of 80X190, and its adjoining shower room. Please note that this space is specially designed for the well-being of young people and not for adults.



Additional details to note:

- Towels and bed linen are provided; beds are made upon arrival.

- When renting the Marianne apartment, you can benefit from a cleaning service during your stay.

- Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the apartment, allowing you to stay connected to your digital needs at all times.

- The apartment comes with 3 outdoor parking spaces, 2 ski lockers, and a storage room.

- Out of respect for our guests, the apartment is non-smoking, and our four-legged friends are not allowed.

- A deposit will be required upon arrival.
