Very warm and comfortable with great mountain views, large terrace and garden

Guests have exclusive use of the whole property.
Underfloor heating and log fire. Traditional alpine chalet recently renovated but retaining a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.
4 bedrooms all with new comfortable beds and quality linen duvets and blankets. Sleeps 4-8 in 2 doubles and 2 twin/doubles. One of the bedrooms is on the mezzanine above the living area.
There is underfloor heating throughout and a wood burner so the chalet is always warm. 2 bathrooms with baths and hand showers. 2 separate toilets. The garage acts as a ski and boot room and for other storage.
Large balcony and outside terrace with BBQ, tables and seating for 8.
Very nice private mature garden and great views all around the chalet up to the waterfall that cascades down behind the chalet, Mont Blanc and the Aguille du Midi.
Linen and towels are included in the price.
Wood for the fire is provided at no extra cost.

We had a wonderful stay at the chalet. Easy access to trails/lifts and back to Chamonix, but with the quiet of being outside of town. The chalet deck has great views and it was tempting to spend time at the chalet instead of out on the trails. We did a lot of walking without a car (15 mins to train, 20 mins to grocery, each way), but we still preferred not dealing with a car. We already want to come back!

Amazing stay

We loved our stay. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and well-stocked. For our family of five with grown children, it was very spacious. The view from the porch was stunning; it was tempting to stay there all day. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely come again!

A great summer retreat with fantastic views

We had 10 wonderful nights at Chalet Charme and it proved to be a great location for our holiday. It was everything we had expected and more! The views from the terrace were stunning. It's not too far to walk into the local village (Les Houches) but the walk back up the hill is tough on a hot day! It's 5 minutes by car to the supermarket. The lighting in the kitchen could be improved and it would be nice if there were shower screens in the bathrooms and a shower head holder so you could have a proper shower. The beds were comfortable as was the seating in the lounge area although we spent most of our time on the terrace as the weather was glorious. Great having the BBQ as it made meal times so easy. Overall we thought it was very good and had everything we needed. We really appreciated being able to occupy the property when we arrived earlier than expected. Thank you!

Lovely chalet in good location.

This Chalet was lovely. We were a family of 4 but there was plenty of space for 6 or even 8 with the 2 bathrooms. The view from the chalet is superb with the Aguille de midi and Mont Blanc in sight above you and the Brevant side also viewable from the terrace. We liked the location of the chalet as it is a mile away from Chamonix and the centre of Les Houches which meant it was peaceful after a busy day in the throngs in the centre of Chamonix. It was a way to walk though to any bars or restaurants with young kids; and if you did walk, it is quite a hill to get back to the chalet so we had to use the car. The Chalet is really well equipped and maintained and had everything we needed. The garden was a nice space although sloped which limited the playing of games a little.

L’emplacement et le chalet Ă©tait parfait, quelques petits bĂ©mols Cependant, la tĂ©lĂ©vision fonctionnait trĂšs mal et la tĂ©lĂ©commande pas du tout l’insert avait une poignĂ©e qui tombait tout le temps et qui n’était pas fixĂ©e. quant au deux salle d’eau, il n’y avait pas de par douche pour les Ă©claboussures et les pomme s de douche n’avait pas de fixation.

Fijne chalet in rustige wijk aan vier van Mont Blanc

We genoten met de kinderen van een aangenaam verblijf met haardvuur en goede bedden. Ongeveer 8min met de wagen van de ski lift. Mooie chalet, mis wel douche , er zijn wel 2 ligbaden.

Wunderschönes Chalet

Sehr schönes Chalet in ruhiger Lage mit toller Aussicht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemĂŒtlich, mit viel Platz. Wir haben uns mit unseren Hunden sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Unkomplizierter und sehr freundlicher Kontakt, super Kommunikation. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Chalet trÚs agréable, de part sa localisation et son agencement.

Le chalet correspond Ă  l'annonce et apporte toute satisfaction. Les seuls points Ă  amĂ©liorer concernent la vaisselle, du moins les ustensiles de cuisine et les plats en nombre insuffisants ; de mĂȘme, pour un sĂ©jour en montagne, il serait agrĂ©able de disposer d'un four Ă  raclette et de quoi faire une fondue. En dĂ©finitive, nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce chalet pour de prochaines vacances ! A conseiller pour son bon rapport qualitĂ© / prix et sa localisation.
