Appartement un peu vieillot mais très bien situé et agréable. Malheureusement à notre arrivée nous avons trouvé beaucoup de poussière partout, un balcon immonde recouvert de fientes, du linge salle dans la salle de bains etc . Avant de prendre possession de l'appartement nous avons payé pour le ménage en fin de séjour - 115€ - montant que je trouve très élevé. L'agence n'a pas voulu reconnaitre le problème de propreté, il n'a même pas voulu regarder les photos que j'avais prises, il m'avait tout de même promis de me rembourser 65€ sur les charges pour le ménage, Je n'ai toujours rien reçu et je pense que je ne recevrais rien.
Comme nous n'avions pas fait le ménage avant de partir car nous avions demander et payer pour le faire faire, lors de sa visite en fin de séjour l'agent a insinué que nous étions des gens sales.
Nous avons passer un bon séjour mais ce problème l'a quelque peu gâché.
Si le montant des charges pour le ménage n'avait pas été aussi élevé je n'aurais pas fait de réclamation. Je partais avec de bonnes intentions je ne voulais simplement pas payer 115€ pour un service aussi médiocre.
