The room was dirty. Service was severely lacking and grumpy about having to to do ANYTHING. Shower temperature was horribly erratic. Bed was uncomfortable. Unable to change shower off jet and desk just kept smiling and saying that yes it turned. It was also very loud and the “quiet time” was not enforced. I will never stay here again

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The bathroom in particular was really worn and outdated. It was hard to tell if it was stained or if it needed to be resurfaced. The door did not seem secure. I don't think that the stay was not worth $100/ stay.

Check in was great. He changed our room from a smoking to clean room. Only bad thing was our shiwer was terrible. Couldn't get the water set right. It was stripped and knob even fell off. So that was a bad one. Need a shower in morn.. Otherwise it was great.

Beds are worn out. Tub and toilet are worn out. Walls and ceiling have been patched and not painted. Sprinkler system runs through the room outside of the ceiling and hums all night. Way overpriced.

The rooms were not clean nor kept clean by staff. The bathroom had mold and mildew. The door was missing the deadbolt. Lots of homeless hanging around the parking lots.
