We were told to make sure to not smoke in this nonsmoking room. That's fine. We are nonsmokers. After being in the room for 15 minutes, we could not breathe as there seemed to be a cigarette smoke smell that became unbearable! We had to leave.

Excellent Customer Service

We had to book a room very last minute because our lock to get into our house did not work at 1:30 am. I accidentally booked a room for the wrong day but the lovely person working there was so kind and helped us change our reservation. It was a very short stay but the service was fantastic.

First off there was no lock on the door. Then the linens were dirty, the heater didn't work (we froze), the tub had mild along the edge, the plug didn't work and the toilet didn't flush.

Not so good

Smelly cold room, TV didn't work. Mold all around the bathtub. Changed rooms, smelled a little better but still cold. Tv worked but there was no coffee and no continental breakfast as advertised. Mold around that tub as well. I wouldn't stay there again. The staff was friendly though.
