The Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge is very beautiful! Our room was lovely and the Italian Table restaurant was fantastic! Our only observations to the negative were that our room was close to the elevator which we heard quite clearly every time someone went up or down. Also, the pool area was very busy with children have a riotous good time! You hate to complain about people having fun, but the pool closed at 10 pm, the families stayed till the end and there was no opportunity for people wanting to use the hot tubs or a pool in quiet. Just a small thing, really.

Our room was not ready 1.5 hrs after check in time therefore we were not able to check in until 9 pm due to other commitments we had. There was no effort to rectify the situation and not real empathy about the lateness of their staff. Morning checkout desk agent was the only one who made an actual effort to apologize. For this large of an establishment and the price of the room. Which we did an upgrade and we were not even able to enjoy it.
