We experienced a room with plumbing problems that the toilet was not functioning correctly the first day and we had taken pictures of thenn by pool area and we just felt like we were being robbed by paying almost $500.00 for a room that was supposed to be clean and accommodating and I don’t see much that showed that to me and my family.

The person at the front desk was delightful. The pool was very well kept and there was a bathroom in the pool area and there were plenty of towels. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The temperature was great. The view of the falls was nice. Bonus: The Italian Bakery is super close by.
