Did check in online stated we’d arrive around 6 pm didn’t get the text that our room was ready till 7:30pm once we arrived at hotel one staff member at desk took 35 minutes to get through the line to get room keys. So basically we were settled in our room at 8:30pm. Never did the staff member at the desk call for a managers help. Will never stay in this hotel chain again if I can help it

We stay here every time we travel through. Our fur baby is always welcome and we enjoy a meal at the Cracker Barrel that is connected to the parking lot. They have done a lot of upgrades and the place is looking great. The free breakfast is enjoyable and the parking lot feels safe for walking our dog at night. This stay's bed was a bit firm, but I don't remember having an issue with this during past stays. We will continue to stay here every time we are passing through.

The staff was friendly and the rate was excellent. Pool had a hot tub that was clean and warm. Room had a king size bed with softer pillows. Breakfast was good and plenty. Would stay there again!

Your staff was an amazing and responsive. We discovered stink bugs in our room on the bed spread and curtains. They gave us a different room.
