Millgate overnight

I was disappointed with my stay at Millgate. No shower, fan or heater was not working. TV has limited channels. Cutlery not sufficient

We are sorry you found the accommodation not to your expectations though we have specified by unit which one has a shower or not.

What a nightmare after arriving tired from travelling more tha a 1000kms to walk into a very dusty,dirty and neglected room. It is not anything close to what was advertised on the internet. It is a shame to pay R970 for this shocking place. As far as we observed the situation i do not understand how it can even be rated as a 5 star on certain websites and others as a 3 star. Torn towels,dirty bedding and sleeper coach as well as second hand-used soap in the bathroom.
